High-pressure water jetting and CCTV investigation — grease-related blockage clearance
The customer in Kingston upon Thames reported restricted foul drainage serving the property. Wastewater was discharging slowly, suggesting a developing obstruction likely caused by fats, oils, and grease (FOG) within the 100mm foul line.
Full flow reinstated. Channels were cleared of FOG residues, and the foul line was operating normally. All chambers were left clean and free-flowing.
